As usual, I have already made my lunch, this early Sunday morning, with basic good ingredients such zucchini, Carrots, Scottish Savoy cabbage, red onions,...all those very good vegetables cooked with fresh Scottish salmons...and stirred up with coconut oil, a teaspoon of olive oil, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. I guess I will eat my nice meal with a lovely avocado cream...mmmh!!
